Hi @sanketthakkar9,
I am facing an issue with the tax shown on the checkout page. I have a total of 1000+ standard Tax Rates based on the different Zip codes of Florida locations. Rates were added successfully but still tax not showing on the checkout page based on the customer’s entered zip code.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the tax not displaying on the checkout page, even though you’ve set up more than 1000 standard tax rates for different zip codes in Florida. Thanks for sharing screenshots of your tax settings and standard rates for us to look into.
Looking at your screenshots, I see that you’ve configured your tax calculations to be based on the customer’s billing address and have entered prices without including tax. This is the right approach, as you want to apply tax based on where the customer is located and your prices don’t include tax.
Here are a few things you can check to troubleshoot this issue:
- Ensure that your tax rates are set up correctly: The tax rates should be set up correctly with the right zip codes. Please double-check the zip codes you have entered and ensure they match the customer’s billing address zip codes. Here’s a handy guide to help you with ?? Setting up Taxes in WooCommerce.
- Check your product settings: Make sure that your products are taxable. Go to the product page and check the ‘Tax status‘ under the ‘General‘ tab. It should be set to ‘Taxable‘.
- Plugin Conflict: Try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax to see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t, reactivate the plugins one at a time to identify the conflicting ones.
- Theme Conflict: Consider switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront temporarily. This will help us determine if your current theme is the problem. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support

Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
