You are in forums here, not ticket systems. What you have created is a topic in this forum here. It is not in the WooCommerce support forum. I would recommend that you ask your question there, as there are more users there who may be able to help you.

I am not following you. When I go to that page there is only place to create topic but I dont see any place where I can create ticket.
