Tax not applyed in cart checkout

I think i found a solution:

In jigoshop_countries.class.php I complet the $european_union_countries with all countries and the problem seems to be solved

P.S. Forget to mention that I disabled $states = array content

We will try to fix this issue permanently as your workaround won’t work for everybody.

I notice that 1.9.1 has changed the jigoshop_countries.class.php which I was also using to override the EU VAT calculation system. However it doesn’t appear to have resolved this issue as tax for non-EU countries continues to not be applied.

The issue was not with calculating, but with saving all tax countries and states.

After refactoring of tax saving code everything seems to be working properly, but to be sure please tell me which usecase was not working for you so I can test it before making it public.
