Thanks for that information! You definitely need Jetpack connected and working for the automated taxes to work. Note that you can quickly see a status report of what may be wrong in WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.

First check that page. If you still see a connection problem with Jetpack, could you please try the Jetpack reconnection instructions on this page: Reconnecting Jetpack

If that doesn’t work, please try our Troubleshooting Tips for Jetpack.

Give that a try and if you are confident Jetpack is working but automated taxes aren’t, try to enable logging for the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin in WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, trying to trigger a tax calculation, and sharing any Tax logs that are created with us. You can open a ticket vie the Marketplace Ticket Form if you don’t want to share logs on a public forum. If you do that, you can link to this forum thread to help provide context to our team.
