Tax names not displaying on Cart or Checkout in woocommerce

I am just setting up the taxes for my online store and have imported the correct tax rates for each province in canada. Each rate has it’s own tax name (HST 13%, GST 5%, etc.) but when you go to the cart and select your location it just says “tax” with a price beside it and no indication of the percentage or type of tax charged. It is the same during checkout.
Is there an easy way to correct this?
It is currently not enabled on my site.
