• Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the tax calculation in my WooCommerce store. Despite having the following settings correctly configured:

    • “Enable tax rates and calculations” is enabled (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • “Prices entered with tax” is set to “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax”
    • “Display prices in the shop” is set to “Including tax”
    • “Display prices during cart and checkout” is set to “Including tax”
    • “Display tax totals” is set to “As a single total”

I am seeing an incorrect display of prices on the front-end. For example, I have set a product price at 100, which is the price inclusive of tax. However, on the front-end, the product is displaying as 125, which is the price with tax added on top of the original amount.

WooCommerce is still adding a 25% tax on top of the prices, even though the prices are already inclusive of tax.

    WooCommerce version: 9.3.3
    WordPress version:: 6.6.2?

Here is WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates

    Hi there!

I understand your concern, and I’m happy to assist you in resolving this issue. I’ve tested the situation on my test site, and everything appears to be working fine there.

It seems there may be a setting or plugin conflict on your site causing this issue. To help you further, could you please share your site URL? Additionally, could you confirm that the tax class is set to “Standard” for all of your products?

You can confirm that by following the instruction from this article.

    1. Go to?Products?and edit existing products.
    2. In product data tab select general and here make sure tax class is set as standred.

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
