Tax is calculated but not always displayed on invoice

Could you please send me the HTML output source of this document to try to understand what is happening?

To do it, just add &output=html at the end of your invoice/packing slip URL, then Right-click > Save as…, and save it as HTML.

Could you also check which PDF template are you using under WooCommerce?> PDF?Invoices?> General?> Choose?a?template?

If it is a custom one, please try to switch it temporarily to our default Simple template and open a generated invoice to see whether the VAT is displayed then, or not.

This means that the issue is being produced by your custom PDF template.

Please note that our free version follows the WooCommerce tax settings, therefore, if you include tax to the prices:

…the Simple template will display the Tax this way:

If you are showing the prices excluding taxes, the PDF invoice will look like this (in a separated line):

In addition, if you choose to display the tax totals itemized:

…the tax rates will be itemized in the total’s area too, if you have more than one tax rate:

On the other hand, with the?Premium Templates?extension, you can use the customizer to tailor your PDF documents, without depending on the WooCommerce tax settings.
