Tax in Woocomerce

Hi, I have Taxes enabled on my website, all prices on the website already include tax.
I received the order but the tax was not visible.
so I added it there manually via the item add tax,

but it automatically added VAT to the price.
that is, the original price of €77 became €94.2 (20% VAT)
