    Hi @ugocel

    Thanks for reaching us.

The only possible reason you are not getting the TAX on the feed could be a misconfiguration of the feed or TAX settings. Please, follow the video from start to end carefully and set up TAX in WooCommerce, and try again.

These are the possible misconfiguration –
    1. You haven’t added a tax setting for the country you are making the feed for. Please, make sure you have added Tax details for US here.
    2. Make sure the product is taxable and has the right tax class selected here.
    3. Make sure you have selected Price with tax as the Price field value on the feed configurations.
    4. Price shouldn’t be including tax while creating the item in WooCommerce. The price should get the tax amount though the tax settings. for example, if you have an item whose price is 10 USD, and you want the tax to be included, then don’t just enter 11 USD, including tax.

Once all the above is done properly, you should get the TAX included in the price on the feed. Howevr, if you are still unable to find a solution, please, record a small screencast explaining how you have configured tax in WooCommererce and the feed.

    Hello,

Step 1&2 were already done accordingly.
    1. https://ibb.co/hZkd7hf
    2. https://ibb.co/gMxDVQD

    Regarding 3rd step i’am a bit confused:
    3. https://ibb.co/2qsSN4B – this one is set up according the following tutorial “TAX for the USA” —> here

https://ibb.co/ypz7JYC – caption from the tutorial, with only “rate”.
However, “price with tag” attribute have been suggested for ” TAX for the Outside of USA” —->https://ibb.co/19HZgFB

Above discussion for step 3 is covered here at https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/merchants/how-to-configure-tax-vat-for-google-merchant-center/, where TAX for the USA and TAX for the Outside of USA were distenctively elaborated.

    4. were already set up according to your saying.

Please let me know how to proceed, between tutorials and your reply regarding the step 3 mismatches.

    Best Regards

    Hi @ugocel

If you are selling in US or Canada, Don’t include any taxes, such as a Goods and Services Tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or import tax, in the price [price] attribute. This means, don’t use Price = Price with TAX when you are making the feed for USA or Canada. Find more here.
So, if the feed is for USA, use the TAX attribute shown on the video and use price = price.

But, if you are selling outside USA or CANADA, you can add VAT tax to the price and you can use Price = Price with Tax. Find more about it here.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    Thanks for clearing.

Is following set up is correct?
My attribute setting is —> https://ibb.co/2qsSN4B

Furthermore, for tax rates to be match to google merchant standards what tax percentage it is best to use for US? (I set it up to 10%.)

I read some articles about issues about google merchant tax settings, it is advised to enter a tax rate in the feed more than google’s, ( set up to automatic for each state on google merchant center), since each state has different tax rate.

    Thank you!

    Hi @ugocel

Yes, the feed configuration is correct.

However, we are not so sure about the tax rates of different countries and states.
To know more about the tax attribute, please, follow this link – https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324454?hl=en&ref_topic=6324338
