Tax Fixed Amount not a %

Hi,

Is there any way to set a product to have a fixed amount of Tax (VAT). I dont want to set a % using the normal rate tables etc. I just want to be able to set my own amount for each product.

This is because some of my products contain several items and not all of them have VAT. It would make more sense for me to to work out the correct amount for each bundle and manualy add this to each product.
