• Hi,

I have a client who has both taxed and untaxed items on a single shopping cart. The taxes are being applied via the PayPal account to manage different sales taxes based on location. I know hand-coded paypal buttons allow you to use <input type=”hidden” name=”tax” value=”0.00″> to override the sales tax on an item. Is there a way using this plugin to do something similar using shortcode?

    EX: [wp_cart_button name=”example-product-name” price=”4.00″ tax=”0.00″]

Hi, unfortunately this plugin does not have the option to add the tax value in the shortcode as you pointed above. You can add an overall tax value, you can read more about it here.

If you need more control over sale tax per item then eStore is the plugin for you.
