Tax Fee Not Working

  • Hello,

    We added this plugin on one of our websites (narativocoffee.ro) and set it up just like we did on another one (iaujucarii.ro) but on narativcoffee the extra fee is not showing when we select COD.

    Can anyone tell us why?

    Does the tax on fee or the fee itself not working?

    Hello,

    we have the same problem. The plugin is installed on https://www.securtop.com but can’t calculate the tax on COD fees.

    For example, if the cash on delivery costs are € 10, in the checkout exactly € 10 is added (not € 10 + TAX), despite the fact that the calculation of the tax is enabled through the corresponding setting.
