Tax don’t show

    Hi
    In my woocommerce store I can’t see taxes, although a couple of weeks before I could see them. From that time to now I have made several updates then I don’t know what plugin or WP could be. I’m working with Divi theme and with some plugins, the most important is RnB Rental Plugin, because my site if for request a quote for to rent. I wrote to them thinking was a problem of their plugin, but they say they take the tax by default of Woocommerce. I disabled all plugins, related and no related with Woocommerce. I also checked the tax configuration, and at the end also disabled the theme. I had cleaned the cache several times. Now I have my site with twenty seventeen theme and with only Woocommerce. And still tax don’t show.
    I send you a default page with two demo products.

    I understand that taxes have disappeared from your site.

    It’s hard to say what’s happened without more information regarding your site – I’d like to know more about which plugins you’re using.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for sharing that information! With everything else disabled, the problem has to be with how WooCommerce is handling taxes.

    From here, you’ll want to make sure taxes are set up correctly in these different places – can you please take a look?

    1) Check the product level settings: https://cld.wthms.co/QIAwkQ

    2) Double check the taxes settings: https://cld.wthms.co/mcWvM9, particularly what address taxes should be calculated from.

    3) Check the tax rate: https://cld.wthms.co/KeWaJ2. You shouldn’t have a state/zip/city entered unless you only want this tax applied to a very specific location.

    I just wanted to check-in with you real-quick on the problem with taxes. Were you able to give the suggestions offered by @fernashes a try? Taking a look at the product level tax settings as well as the tax rate, and the tax settings itself, should guide you in the right direction.
