    Hello Smart Manager staff,

when I’m trying todo a batch update for tax classes of products, the value displayed in the select are “Standard”, “Reduced Rate” and “Zero Rate”. But these values are not present in my Tax Classes Settings, I have only “Standard” and a custom Class called “Zero Tasse”. So why Batch Update doesn’t takes my classes instead of standard woocommerce classes?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Smart Manager,

I’ve tryed even with the Smart Manager Beta (I have an yearly subscription for your product), but in Tax Class I see only default Tax Classes. I’m talking about doing a Batch Update, that is the reason why I bought a subscription. So the issue is the same with Classic Smart Manager and Beta Smart Manager.

    Can you solve this? Thanks

    Sorry for the delayed response.

I checked and was able to reproduce the same Smart Manager issue of custom ‘Tax Classes’ not editable with Smart Manager Beta.

Further, I have investigated and resolved the same issue. So, request you to kindly raise a support ticket by simply mailing the same request at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ and I will send you a copy of the fixes for the same issue.
