Tax calculation wrong

    Hello
    Our tax on the check out is wrong.
    It seems the shipping is being taxed even though the settings. isn’t set

    In the tax tab in WooCommerce i have a standard rate off 20% the choose whether or not the tax rate is applied to shipping is not checked.

    I also use table rate shipping the setting are
    Tax Status NONE
    Tax included in shipping costs is NO, i will enter costs below exclusive of tax

    I’m not sure where else to look, could you advise please

    Can you please share screenshots of how you set up the taxes and shipping so we can make sure we have all the info we need to investigate this issue?

    Just to confirm, this issue has always happen, correct? Or did this use to work and then the issue started happening?

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
