Tax calculation function is not calculating taxes

    The tax calculation function is not adding tax when I go to the checkout page with Firefox, Safari and Chrome. With Internet Explorer everything works fine so I am quite sure the setup is done correctly.

    I have version 3.8.1 installed of wordpress.
    I have version 3.8.14.3 installed of e-commerce.
