tax and minimum purchase amount

    hello, I installed your plugin, set “exclude tax for wholesale user” and set minimum price in checkout to 500 and the cart still adds tax for wholesale user and lets me checkout with less than $500 in my cart. Also, I exported the CSV file, added wholesale prices and tried to import the CSV file and it says wrong format. It is still cvs, I did not add any formatting whatsoever. I only added the price, a simple number like this “20”. Do you have any ideas why all this is happening? I’d really like to use this plugin.

    I was able to import a csv file today successfully and the other problems are gone now, I think it was my theme.
