tawk.to’s chat is not loading

  • I’m having trouble with the tawk.to plugin. is not showing chat.

    The plugin allows me to enter the username and password and select the Property and widget. but the page does not show me the chat.
    When you look at the script for the Google inspection, you can see that the query returns this error: USER_ERROR.

    Someone to help me solve this problem.

    I am facing the same issue on my wordpress site and also observed that your site is still showing that error.
    However, Did you received any input on above error? or have you tried any other solution?
    Solution that i tried – I tried on separate page but still showing same error.

    For other people who will face that problem with tawk widget

    {“error”:”USER_ERROR”}

    Check your htaccess or firewall on something like
    Header set Referrer-Policy "same-origin"
    Removing this rule helped for me
