Tawk.to Installation Instructions Not Clear

Your plugin is awesome. May we suggest, however, updating your installation instructions for a faster, trouble-free experience?

Here goes:

(1) You plugin instructions need to state that the chat box can be installed via installation of a shortcode OR plugin (both provided by tawk.to). Currently, installation instructions give the impression (per your emailed instructions) that both need to be installed at the same time. If both are installed at the same time, the chat box will always appear on all website pages and sub-pages, regardless of exceptions established to limit website pages where the chat box should appear.

(2) The plugin should NOT be installed using a browser in private or incognito mode. If so, selection of property (i.e., website name) and widget may not be possible.

Other suggestions to improve tawk.to’s UX are already out there (noted in forums, etc.), so we look forward to your enhancements in the near future.
