• Hello,
    I have a client that uses your plugin. We created a new site for her and installed the plugin and it worked great up until about 12/23/19 – and now is doesn’t even display on their site at all.

    And, now I see a message that states TAWK won’t work if 3rd Party Cookies are not enabled in the various browsers.

    I couldn’t figure why it wasn’t showing, but after leaving and returning to the TAWK settings page, all of a sudden it asked me to login to TAWK (connecting the widget to the client’s TAWK account) and once I did, it worked.

    How did this get disconnected so we can prevent this from happening in the future?

    I have this exact problem now. My tawk doesn’t display and i cannot login to my account on my WP dashboared. I have tried everything I can but to no avail. It seems the topic was closed here but I want to ask you if you finally got a solution to this problem. Help me please

    Hi @papii23 – it appears after clearing the browser and server cache that the plugin was somehow disconnected from the plugin dashboard and was no longer “logged in”. At first it looked like everything was fine and there was no apparent reason not to use the plugin. But once the caches were cleared, the plugin asked us to login and once we did, all was good again.

    Try clearing your caches and see if the plugin asks you to log in. If not, I recommend deactivating, refreshing, and reactivating to see if that does it. If not, delete it and reinstall fresh.
