I am running Task Scheduler with Auto Post to post automated news updates daily.

I scheduled the posts with Task Scheduler with Auto Post and for a week they were running fine – but then they stopped.

I have tried a couple of solutions including disabling Cron on WordPress and running the Cron jobs via my hosting Cpanel instead – but nothing is working.

Even when I try manually running them via the ‘Run Now’ links – again they don’t run – the Call Count goes up one – but the Run Count and Exit Count stay the same and the posts are not published.

    Hi,

What are your Task Scheduler and WordPress versions?

I suspect you are using WordPress 4.6 and Task Scheduler 1.3.1 or below. If so, please update Task Scheduler to the latest version.

By the way, disabling the native WP Cron API is not a good idea unless you know what exactly you are doing. If you are unsure, leave it enabled.
