    Looking through your cron url: *https://www.adrenalinejunkiez.com/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping* it shows a HTML page.

    This URL should return “pong”, but it’s returning an HTML instead.

    The best next step to try here would be a conflict test. Testing to see if the issue occurs with only MailPoet active, and a default theme like Twenty Twenty would help to rule out any conflicts. We have a guide for conflict testing available here: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts

    Do you have any plugins that would conflict with cron? It could be security, caching, or site-tracking plugins.

    If you can’t figure out which plugin is conflicting, Please reach out to your host and set up a server-side cron by following these steps: Setting the Server Side Cron (Linux Cron).

    Server-side cron bypasses the cron URL above and the issue will be resolved.
