Task scheduler no longer working

I have MailPoet 3 Premium but it is not recognized and I cannot send a direct help request.
MailPoet is no longer able to send post notifications from my site. Within the MailPoet help window, I see the following message.
“For the plugin to work, it must be able to establish connection with the task scheduler and the key activation/MailPoet sending service.”

I have followed all of the ideas within the help guide, and then some.
I have:
-Disabled all security/firewall/plugins
-Changed settings to cron job
-Changed settings to “visitors to site”
-Verified correct Apache settings
-Verified correct 644 and 755 settings
-Restore my ENTIRE site to 10 days ago to make sure I hadn’t inadvertently changed some other setting.
-I cleared caches multiple times.
-I waited 48 hours and tried again.

None of these worked. Yes, I use SiteGround, but as I said, I wrote a cron job and that didn’t work either.
