My Task Scheduler is not working.
    “<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> <html><head> <title>403 Forbidden</title> </head><body> <h1>Forbidden</h1> <p>You don’t have permission to access / on this server.</p> </body></html>”
I upgraded my blog to HTTPS on the 18th,and MailPoet doesn’t work after that.
My hosting provider’s technical support said there is nothing unusual about the server.

    Hi there @zemanchiu,

It sounds like something is blocking the call to the MailPoet CRON URL on your site to trigger the queue to run. Please send over the URL listed under MailPoet > Help > System Status so we can take a look. Also, a screenshot of what you are seeing on that page could be helpful. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

We have information with troubleshooting steps when the task scheduler is not working here:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#taskscheduler

If you try switching the cron method to a different option, does that resolve the issue for you?

    Hi @zemanchiu,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
