Task Scheduler

  • When I click on the link in my Help settings for Task Scheduler (/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping) I get this error message:

    Connection timed out

    Is there something I need to do?

    I am also getting this message:

    For the plugin to work, it must be able to establish connection with the task scheduler and the key activation/MailPoet sending service.

    Hi @toekneetv,

    The problem is that your Cron URL /?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping should return “pong” and is getting a timeout error instead.

    Can you please ask your host to increase the timeout limit?
