    Hi there,

    I want to be able to send the contact (not CRM user) an email when a task is added for them. I cannot see a way to do this with JetPack and Mailpoet. This seems like a pretty obvious email to send.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Let me see if I get this right:

    • you have a task in CRM’s scheduler
    • the task related to a contact you have on MailPoet
    • you want to send a notification email to this contact to let them know about the task

    If that’s correct, Jetpack CRM does not have a built-in feature to send notification emails to contacts when they are added to a task. The task notification system in Jetpack CRM sends emails to CRM team members who are assigned to the task.?

    Contacts can see the task added to their Client Portal, though, as said, we don’t have any notification feature option in place for contacts at the moment.
