Disable on certain pages not working

    This page for example, I have disabled the popup, and still shows up.

    I hate tried resetting the cookie, clear cache, clear everything, tried on incognito…
    the popup still shows up.

  • I’m not sure if this will solve the issue but one thing to try, why are you using the OR option for where the popup should not appear? In the “pages: selected” option you can select multiple pages within the same condition box. It’s possible that their OR logic is setup to be an ‘either or’. Just something to try.

    @noche70 – Sorry for the delay, and @trendicoff is spot on with his last line.

    IE your current conditions based on screenshot won’t work.

    Think of it this way. Show the popup if the current page is _______ ( AND / OR ) _______

    So in your case

    Not Page X OR Not Page Y.

    If you are on Page X, then you are not on Page Y, so if ( true OR false ) evaluates to true and the popup shows.

    You can either combine multiple pages into one condition, or convert them all to AND.

    IE show this popup if the current page is not page X AND is not page y.
