    Using the free version as of yet. Haven’t installed the pro version for it.

    @marcusdeman I see. The plugin has a?15 seconds timeout, so that error means your site didn’t produce a response within that time. Can you please try running a Manual Site Scan with only the iTSec plugin activated and switching to a default WP theme and see if it helps?

    Doing a manual scan also results in this:

    “Unable to determine if the scan target is allowed: Target site returned invalid response. Your site did not produce a response in time.”

    @marcusdeman got it. I’d recommend conducting a plugin and theme conflict check using the steps here. This is to find out if a conflict is causing your site to not produce a response on time. Also, please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they see any issues with your server as well as check the PHP error logs.
