target content doesnt show

    hello i am using the highlander rel for a list but the target content doesn’t show .I am using it as this example here: [expand title=”Monkeys” rel=”animal-highlander”]Target Content[/expand].
    What could be the problem?I am placing the above code on the wordpress editor
