target blank, https, and less than 3 rows ?

    I have the PRO version of your plugin , but :

    How do you make the submit button work with https URL ?
    When I enter a https://It is translated into : http// missing the :

    How do you choose less than 3 rows ?
    It constantly comes back to 3 rows even if I put 5 or 1, same result

    Finaly
    How do you make the payment button open in target_blank ?
    So my visitors dont loose my site when they are send to the paymentforms

    I tried with several themes, my Wp is running the latest version
    I have the same issues on 5 sites
