(TANZAKU THEME) SIDEBAR ON POSTS

Hi All,

I need serious help. I created a blog using the Tanzaku theme and I really like it but I have two issues that I haven’t been able to resolve.

The first and most important one is that I added a sidebar to the code which is working great in the front page but when I open a post the sidebar goes to the bottom of the page and gets hidden by under the GRID.

I need the sidebar to ALWAYS stay in the same place as in the front page and functioning perfectly IN EVERY SINGLE PAGE I OPEN OR GO TO IN THE BLOG.

Also, the front page works fine in every browser except EXPLORER. Please open it with firefox, chrome or safari to see how is suppose to work and if you have any idea of how to fix the explorer problem also I would really appreciate your help.
