    Good day,?
I am setting up TalentLMS on a website we’re doing for a client and we’re using Woocommerce.

I have set it up so that User Registration is required for purchase.
However I did a few tests as a “User” and I am not able to login into my client’s LMS portal with the username and password created in Woocommerce
    The portal is this one?https://meerkat.talentlms.com/

Please advise how this works or how to proceed.

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Sincere apologies for the delay in replying, this slipped through the cracks!

Do you have access to the TalentLMS portal that is integrated with the WordPress site to check if the user has been added?
Did you receive any email from the WordPress site after purchase?

    Kind regards
    Jack

I seem to be having the exact same problem as @challanj . I have a wordpress site, WooCommerce integration, and TalentLMS platform. I’m still in testing mode and I can’t launch until this is resolved. I want to direct my customers to my wordpress site where they can purchase the course within the site. According to TalentLMS help guide, WooCommerce should allow the user to create a user profile within wordpress and once the purchase is made, the user should automatically be added to the course in TalentLMS. But in testing this out with different email addresses, once a purchase is made, the user is still not added to the TalentLMS course even though WordPress sends the confimation email. Super frustrating. And there’s no live chat with TalentLMS either and I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service. Any help or advice would be great!

    Hello,

Can you please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into this with you?

Quite often, the issue is that you are still logged in or have a session with your WP Admin role, so the WooCommerce order has your email address, rather than the new users for the order. This means that the user will not be added to the platform or their course. We always recommend when test purchasing, to try this out in an incognito or private browsing window.

    Kind regards
    Jack
