The team at Phoeniixx surpassed my expectations. First off, the free version of their seofication is highly functional, well designed, and fits the needs of a small startup business. I went through the youtube video that walks you through setting up your site using their free version. After getting a few sections updated, I decided to purchase the PRO version because it was such a great product. The PRO version really enhanced my website and I feel it definitely reflects the level of professionalism that I want to portray. After receiving the PRO version and going through the instructions provided to set it up, I ran in to a snag. I sent an e-mail asking for further explanation to help better understand what I was doing and they responded with exactly what I needed and went far beyond and saved me several days worth of work by providing additional assistance and anticipating my needs and next question.
