Taking too long to generate responses by looking at the HTML code

  • You can see my server is taking many seconds to generate responses by looking at the HTML code at the bottom:

    I loaded the home page multiple times and I can see this time is regularly this long:

    <!– Dynamic page generated in 43.046 seconds. –>
    <!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2017-07-16 10:36:39 –>

    Is there something wrong? Cached page should load very fast, but somehow mine doesnt.

  • Hi,

    It’s not possible to load fast if you have too many plugins.

    My test site running only Hueman theme, loads faster than your website even without a cache plugin.

    You have to find a balance between number of plugins and your website loading speed.

    Cloudflare offer caching everything service, I want to cache everything except homepage, is there anything I shouldn’t cache or will break the theme function or wordpress? I think it will include Query String.
