Taking over feature images

Hi,

This plugin is perfect for what I need to do, my problem is that once installed and activated takes over the feature images on my posts and takes one randomly being the only one showing, in each and every post the same image.

If you can put light to this issue and tell me what to modify, I’ll do it.
