    Hi,

    If it is a renewal payment, this is normal if you do not disable the auto-renewal function in your account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the expiration date if you do not exercise your right to deactivate that option. This is a normal process applied in the industry, no question of theft.

    However, I haven’t found your ticket to know exactly what this is about, so please write to us about this on https://translatepress.com/support/open-ticket/. We are usually very reasonable, so let me believe that if you had contacted us on support we would surely have reached a common point and processed the refund without any problems.

    Also, a negative review here on the forum about this situation is misplaced. Giving the plugin a small grade should normally be reserved for plugins with no support, unresolved bugs, or not following WordPress standards. This is not the case for TranslatePress.

    Again, please contact us on our website, or let us know your username/keywords (used when you say you contacted us) in order to find your ticket. I’m sure we can solve this very quickly.

    I don’t need your plug-in. You took 249 Euros from my PayPal Account without asking. For me that is called scam and I just have to warn the other possible clients to be careful when they are paying money to you because you will take money from them if they want it or not. Don’t want them to run into your trap too.
    If you want to know who I am, have a look at today’s last bad rating to your plug-in on Facebook. Google and YouTube will follow soon. Take my money as a gift. For me it’s a personal thing now.
