Taking me to wrong business account on set up

    Hi there,

    i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the pluggin twice, but each time i click “get Started” it takes me to facebook to connect but not to the correct business, instead a completely different business i’ve never heard of and dont have admin access to.

    i’ve contact facebook about thhis also, here is a loom recording of whats happeing

    if anyone could help that would be great!

  • Hi @caitlinmclean. I take it that Nit Clips is not your site? Contacting Facebook is a great step here as they will have access to your account and be able to see why you are seeing a page that is not your own.

    In the meantime, you may also want to check your options in Facebook Business Suite.
