Taking lots of time to generate additional tables

  • Hi, this plugin has taken 7 hours to give me the following message on a dev site: “BeRocket AJAX Product Filters?Additional tables are generating. They will be used after generation is completed. Current status is?4%“

    Is this normal behavior? If not, can I uninstall it safely?

    The “Error List” shows 100 lines like the following:

    2023-07-04 08:39:02Additional tables generation

    There are only about 190 products in the site, just fyi.

    Please advise and thanks!

    Hi,

    It depends on different things, not only products amount. Most important is ids used in the tables.

    Please open wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Product lookup tables and click Regenerate.

    When done please open our plugin settings page tab Add-ons, turn off Additional Tables add-on and save the settings. Turn it back on and save again.

    This will update ids to better values by the WooCommerce and reset our plugin tables generation.
