Taking Data Updates from Another Site

Area 70 is bringing a new website online within the next few weeks and will be using the 12 Step Meeting List plugin to display our meetings. One of the Districts has their own site (not WordPress) and would like to pass along any changes made to their district site (https://www.burlingtonaa.org/index.php?t=2) so our sites stay in sync. Assuming the District site is able to format and export their changes, can we allow the 12 Step Meeting List plugin database to accept it? If so, how?
