Taking 30 – 60 sec in form submission

I could reproduce the issue, and it’s related to the admin-ajax.php file (https://mortgagebetter.com.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php). The response time of that file was 1.1min in my test, and I recorded this screencast.

Here are some options to address this issue:

1) This might be a conflict due to the site theme or a plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

2) Disabling the AJAX form submission option might fix the issue. If this works, I’d recommend configuring your form confirmation to show a page or redirect to a URL.

3) You could reach out to your hosting provider support, and share about the issue with admin-ajax.php file and the screencast above. They should be able to help you get this sorted out.

1 – I tried all the mention solutions including disabling the plugins and changing the theme as well but the issue still remains.

Now contacting with host.

If the issue is not because of a conflict, it is likely due to permissions or security settings in your server.

Also, I’d suggest trying if disabling the?AJAX form submission?option would address the issue.
