Takes 30 Seconds For Checkout To Complete To Success Page

    Just need some pointers at what to look for to fix, because it is taking approximately 30 seconds for checkout to complete. That is once I click the place order button, the page just sits there for at least 30 seconds before going to checkout success page.

    And that is with using a free checkout or any kind for that matter. I do use braintree gateway, and it takes the same amount of time arriving at the checkout success page using it.

    I don’t have too many plugins installed, only essential ones needed with woocommerce and operation of our store.

    I have tried W3 total cache and others, but that don’t help, even disabling plugins that I thought could slow it down and going with just essentials.

    I use the Enfold theme.

    Please can someone give a pointer for what I should look for to fix it?

    Server? Database problem? Any plugin tools that can help me diagnose the situation?

    Figured it out… cleared all transient cache’s and customer sessions using the Woocommerce system tools…and optimized database tables… that fixed it.
