Hey!
You can find it in admin panel, where the settings of Course page located. There you can type any text that you need.

@ksdenis is absolutely correct:

1) Navigate to LifterLMS -> Settings and click the “Course” tab
2) Find the option that says “Course Purchase Button Text” and enter your custom text there.
3) Celebrate.
