take the woocommerce customers import to the new wordpress users

I’ve got many previous woocommerce orders(customers) which didn’t create the wordpress user role at that time. How could I transport these woocommerce customers order data to import to the wordpress users and create the new role of customers.
Could I just export the woocommerce customers CSV file then import to the wordpress users and set the role of customers ?
Or there would be better suggestions for me?
