    Hi All,

    Since Payzone has been replaced with takepayments I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Customers are unable to check out, here is a bug report:

    Port 4430 open Connection failed – Connection timed out after 3003 milliseconds
    Merchant Details Valid Connection failed – Connection timed out after 3003 milliseconds.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there!

    WooCommerce has a plethora of different payment gateways you can choose from. The takepayments gateway is a third-party gateway not found on the official WooCommerce Payments Extension Store. I have not found any other cases with that exact error message, but I encourage you to reach out directly to the plugin developers for additional details.

    As for your WooCommerce store, if you are not happy with the current gateway, you can explore other payment gateway options for an alternative that fits your needs.
