Take Partial Payment during backorders

    Hi
    I am making an ecommerce wibsite- badastock.com.

    I want to take backorders from buyers. But I dont want to take the complete money. I want to take a specific amount and then take the remaining amount before shipping.Plz suggest how can I implement the same.
