    Hi @rob1n

I needed an archive page and after looking at all available ones I liked your the best, but according to github it seems you have decided to abandon the plugin.

Wondering if I could have a go and take it over. I have fixed a couple of issues on my local copy….

    Let me know,
    Larry

Hey @jenolan — I’ve unarchived the GitHub repo, if you don’t mind submitting some pull requests with the changes you’ve made we can start there. I’m obviously not involved with anything WP anymore, so in the longer term it would be great if we can transition it over to you!

G’day I have done one fix, was looking at adding the gist you did as a shortcode option next. Do not really need to take over if you will be the manager ??

Pushed the small changes and update to being compatible with WP 5.5, plan on doing a small spring clean of the code then see about adding the top line of years (as an option).

I like this plugin because it is free with none of these ubiquitous ‘pro’ stuff, really tired of finding plugins that say they will do something but then find that most of it is ‘pro’ with ‘yearly support’ … getting off soapbox.

    Be well,

Great, I’ll take a look in the next day or so!

    Hi,

I’m using Smart Archives Reloaded for several of my blogs, such as the following:

    https://www.theparacast.com/show-archives/

    And

    https://www.macradio.net/blog/the-tech-night-owl-archives/

Can I configure your plug-in to provide similar results?

Smart Archives Reloaded hasn’t been updated in years, and I’m looking for a replacement that’ll also work with PHP 8.0.

    Peace,
    Gene
