Take out the post lines and page name

Hi, I’m using the switty template for creating the web. I have already managed to expand it to Full-Width but still appear in the bottom lines as marking the blog entry. How can I do to remove them? And how can I name my pages but that name does not appear on the current page, but rather that it is only on the desktop of my wordpress so I can organise them and know what each one is?
