Take out all comment and replies from posts

Hi, I am building a site which has articles and I don’t want to use comment areas or reply showing, even I don’t want to show posted on date or posted in this and that category. In fact I just want the articles show with their title and next and previous posts links.
Can someone tell me where I can comment out these functions from my files and what files I should look into please?
