Take off buy button

I would like to take off the buy button and insert my own paypal buttons. Or I would like the buy portion of the page to always show on the screen. Right now the price only appears if they select buy button.

Also, is there a way to have different prices for tickets? I have a golf tournament 1 for 150 and 4 for 500
