Take images using get post meta and display as related posts

I am using the theme Snapshot made with Woo Framework. Theme uses get post meta to display images. I am uploading high quality images using get post meta box. I wanted related posts with thumbnails. Contextual related posts plugin works perfect but it is showing low quality thumbnails on my website (my website. Please help me. Visit one of my post and see related posts. Thanks in advance.
